The Summit: 2026 FAFP Family Medicine Annual Meeting is scheduled for December 11-13 at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, and will be held as a hybrid event, giving attendees the option to register for either traditional, In-Person attendance or remote, Virtual attendance presented via live streaming.

18.0 Live AAFP Prescribed Credits
18.0 AOA Category 1-A Credits™ (Credits available for Osteopathic Physicians)

All credits are deemed Florida Prescribed.

AAFP/FAFP Member:

$495 (until Nov. 13)

$550 (after Nov. 13)

AAFP/FAFP Life Member:

$350 (until Nov. 13)

$400 (after Nov. 13)

Non-Member Physician:

$625 (until Nov. 13)

$675 (after Nov. 13)

Other (Non-Member):

$625 (until Nov. 13)

$675 (after Nov. 13)

Student: $25

Resident: $100
