Dr. Flynn-Hanlon’s goal is to actively strengthen and support FAFP’s advocacy and legislative efforts while fostering sustained member engagement to ensure long-term impact and progress.

Sarah Hylton, DO
Orlando Health Bayfront
Dr. Hylton hopes to provide information and strategies pertaining to advocacy and education on the ever-changing landscape of Florida healthcare policy to residents so they are prepared for practice after graduation.

Jordan Miller, MD

Martin L. Molina, MD
FSU at Baycare/Winter Haven
Dr. Molina’s goal would be to help strengthen the resident experience across Florida by making sure all programs have their voices heard.

Thuy-Linh Nguyen, DO
Baycare FM Residency St Joseph’s
Dr. Nguyen hopes to strengthen resident engagement by creating more accessible pathways for involvement in advocacy, leadership development, and community outreach.

Miraj Patel, MD
Halifax Health
Dr. Patel hopes to help spread more awareness of true family medicine and the opportunities in the specialty in our state.

Nancy Sidhom, MD
AdventHealth Winter Park
Dr. Sidhom would like to create meaningful opportunities for family physicians to mentor and connect with medical students, inspiring future residents and leaders in family medicine.

Magalys Suarez, MD
FIU/Baptist Health
Hopes that serving as Resident Director would allow her to build on her prior experience as Student Director, while representing resident perspectives and helping bridge the transition from student to practicing family physician.

Lilian Fornos, MD
FSU at Baycare/Winter Heaven
Dr. Fornos plans to advance initiatives that recruit, retain, and empower Family Medicine physicians to build their careers in Florida, including leadership training, and member engagement.

Arman Qureshi, DO
Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital
Dr. Qureshi hopes to bring a culture that continues to emphasize the importance of FAFP as the hub for all of Florida Family Medicine.
