ABFM KNOWLEDGE SELF-ASSESSMENT (KSA)

Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA) is focused on evaluating and enhancing your knowledge base in a particular topic area common to family medicine.  The Florida Academy of Family Physicians (FAFP) is offering the following upcoming Virtual KSA Study Group:

Please check your ABFM Physician Portfolio to make sure that you are eligible to take this KSA Study Group. Visit the ABFM website: www.theabfm.org, or call the support number at 1-877-223-7437 if you need help determining what modules you need.

Requirements for Virtual KSA Participation

  1. Access to an online webinar system. This KSA session will be hosted virtually and there will be no dial-in option and no video. You CANNOT dial in to listen to the session using a telephone.

  2. You MUST have desktop speakers, or speakers on your laptop. You DO NOT need a microphone. You will participate in the session in “listen-mode” only.

  3. All attendees are expected to participate and questions can be asked to the speakers through the “chat” function. A cell phone is not conducive for successful participation.

 

IMPORTANT: You will earn 10 certification points and 8 enduring (not live) CME credits after successful completion of each KSA; ABFM will award these certification points and enduring CME credits.
