Welcome to the Family Medicine Summer Forum 2022 Registration Page
The 2022 Summer Forum is scheduled for July 8-10, 2022, at the Boca Raton Resort & Club and will be held as a live, in-person only event, with NO virtual component offered.
Although the expectation is that everyone attending the FAFP 2022 Summer Forum will be fully vaccinated, please do not register or plan on attending if you have concerns with exposure as the FAFP cannot guarantee 100% compliance.
The FAFP is continually assessing the status of its upcoming meetings and events in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and will evolve these safety protocols as appropriate.

The FAFP room rates are available until June 6, 2022 or until the room block is full. Valet parking is reduced to $15 for overnight guests. Please see below for hotel rates and links.
