Welcome to the Family Medicine Winter Summit 2022 Registration Page
The 2022 Winter Summit is going to be held as a hybrid event, meaning it will combine a traditional live in-person meeting with a live/virtual online component via live streaming.
The meeting is scheduled for December 9-11, 2022, at the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, FL.
Earn up to 18.00 hours of live CME credits. All credits are deemed Florida Prescribed.
As an attendee, you will have the following options:

Virtual Attendance: Attend the meeting remote from the comfort of your own space (e.g., home/office).

In-Person Attendance: Attend the meeting by going to The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island and be physically present to participate in the educational sessions.

While masks are not mandatory and the expectation is that everyone will be vaccinated, please do not register or plan on attending if you have concerns with exposure as the FAFP cannot guarantee 100% compliance. The FAFP is continually assessing the status of our upcoming meetings and events in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic and will evolve these safety protocols as appropriate.
