The 2025 FAFP Family Medicine Winter Summit is scheduled for December 5-7, 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, and will be held as a hybrid event, giving attendees the option to register for either traditional, In-Person attendance or remote, Virtual attendance presented via live streaming.
The FAFP room block at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island has reached capacity. Registered attendees will receive a link to access the reservations waitlist. Click here for parking information.
**The FAFP room block at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is strictly for registered Winter Summit meeting attendees. Any room reservations that are not connected to a meeting registration will be subject to cancellation.**
