Welcome to the Family Medicine Spring Forum 2021 Registration Page

 

The 2021 Spring Forum is going to be held as a hybrid event, meaning it will combine a traditional live in-person meeting with a live/virtual online component via live streaming.

 

The meeting is scheduled for April 16-18, 2021, at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL.

 

As an attendee, you will have the following options:

  1. Virtual Attendance: Attend the meeting remote from the comfort of your own space (e.g., home/office).

  2. In-Person Attendance: Attend the meeting by going to Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel and be physically present to participate in the educational sessions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Accreditation Statement

The Florida Academy of Family Physicians is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

 

Designation Statement

The Florida Academy of Family Physicians designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Credit

The AAFP has reviewed Family Medicine Spring Forum 2021 and deemed it acceptable for up to 20.00 In-Person, Live (could include online) AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 04/16/2021 to 04/18/2021. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

All credits are deemed Florida Prescribed.

Educational content and available live CME credits will be exactly the same for both virtual and in-person attendees.

 

This is a live-only event, not enduring, so access to presentations and CME credit is only provided to registered participants.

There will be no KSAs in association with the 2021 Spring meeting. A stand-alone Virtual KSA Study Group (Hypertension) will be offered on March 11, 2021 from 6:30-9:00 pm EST. CLICK HERE for separate registration.

 

Meetings are back! Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is ready to host the FAFP Spring CME Weekend.  The Hilton has gone above and beyond to ensure meeting attendees have a safe and socially responsible stay.

ATTENDANCE

  • A link to access the virtual event will be provided to registered attendees prior to the meeting.

 

  • Attendees may use a laptop, computer, or any smart mobile device.  A reliable internet connection is needed.

IN-PERSON

ATTENDANCE

  • Registration for in-person is limited to 250 attendees to allow for physical distancing set-up and comply with safety protocols.

 

  • If you are staying at the hotel, make reservations as soon as the room block opens.
