Please save the date for the Virtual Family Medicine Summer Forum 2024, July 12-13. This two-day, virtual only meeting will be held via an interactive webcast that will allow participants to earn up to 14 live CME credits. There will be no in-person component, and this is a live-only event, not enduring, so access to presentations and CME credit is only provided to registered participants.
