This week, the Senate will be taking
several votes related to
S. 1776, the Medicare Physician Payment
Fairness Act.
This bill would eliminate the $245
billion that Congress has accumulated by the methods
used to annually patch the flawed Sustainable Growth
Rate (SGR) formula that determines the Medicare
physician payment.
